• The Processing time for visa and immigration quoted by the Website are not exact and are based on the time limit provided by the foreign consulates. Processing time is generally calculated from the next business day after the Company receives the required documentation.

The Website charges a fee for the application of any visa or immigration charges may vary depends on the program. However, we reserve the right to amend the charges for the services rendered. In such a case, Users will be intimated of the same, and it will be up to you to decide whether or not you will continue with services offered by us. • We are a consultant firm working in the field of providing expert opinion in the field of immigration as claimed/ required by the client.
• It is made clear that the client is on its own and without any kind of allurement/ guarantee etc. has approached Dezire Abroad Consultancy for the sake of assistance only as no guarantee is offered by the DAC in any manner, whatsoever.
• Dezire Abroad Consultancy though having expertise in consultation shall have the right to refer/share the process with any other consultant, whether outsourced or third party or from common pool. The client shall bear no right to raise any objection in the regard.
• Dezire Abroad Consultancy has represented itself a visa consultant only and no guarantee is made by the DAC for issuance of visa. It is made clear that the DAC shall not be liable for rejection if any, of visa in any manner. In fact, the client himself shall initiate / pursue all the visa process personally and DAC will assist/guide the deponent either directly or indirectly.
